RULES AND REGULATIONS 1.Orders must be sent to email.Unless specified. 2.Confirmation email will be sent within 2 days. 3.Make Payment after confirmation email has be sent,via bank transfer or meet up. 4.No payment = no order. 5.We do meetups & postage. 6.Meetups area FOC will be at yishun,kathib,woodlands,orcahrd, somerset MRT stations only.Other locations have to pay extra,and price varies.We DO NOT entertain enquiries regarding this. 7.Postage fees at $1.50 for normal,$2.50 for registered. 8.If you cancel your order after confirming,you will be BLACKLISTED 9.Items are brand new goods unless stated. 10.Allow items to be processed for 1-2 weeks or so.That's for preorders.Sprees may take even longer. 11.For scrapbooks,price may varies as it depends on the cost of materials.Photos may be needed. 12.People who are late for meetups will have to pay extra $2.Regardless of payment or collection. REFUND POLICY: 1.Goods like scrapbooks are customized for each and everyone,thus please be sure before buying it.Money will not be refunded even if order is cancelled. 2.Other goods like clothes,wallets,accesories,etc will be refunded unless it's our fault or OOS(out of stock).
